EAST PENNSBORO TWP., Cumberland County, Pa. — The East Pennsboro Township Police have a found dog in their custody. The dog is a female and appears to be a white Pomeranian. She appears to be an adult and was not wearing any collar or tags and no microchip was found. The dog was found on Country Club Road at Saratoga Place in the Floribunda development. We currently are housing her in our kennels but would love to return the pup to her owner.
