East Lampeter Twp., Lancaster County, Pa. — A man had a gun pulled on him Wednesday afternoon after he honked his horn at another driver. It happened around 4:30pm in the 2000 block of Lincoln Highway East. The victim tells police that he honked his horn at a female driving a green or teal colored Chevrolet Cavalier, who appeared to be looking down and failed to move for a green traffic signal.  The victim then passed the vehicle and continued eastbound. A short time later, the Cavalier pulled along side of his vehicle, and the driver, described as a Black or Hispanic female, pointed a black handgun at him.    Anyone with information is asked to contact ELTPD Officer Douglas Jaquith at (717) 291-4676.
