STEELTON, Pa. –Police deployed spike strips to end a traffic pursuit early this morning. It started in Harrisburg around 3am. Harrisburg Police were pursuing a black Ford Ranger and there were felony charges for the driver. Steelton Police deployed spike strips which caused the Ford Ranger to come to a stop in the 200 block of Swatara Street. Robert Rowles was apprehended after a foot pursuit and taken into custody by Harrisburg Police officers.
