When you head to the polls this April not only will you be voting for president and U.S. senate, many of you will have a chance to elect a new state senator for district 31.  District 31 includes parts of York and Cumberland counties.  The seat is currently held by State Senator Pat Vance.  She announced late last year she is not running for re-election.  One of the men running to replace her is the founder of Free Dental Day for Children of Adams County, Dr. Brice Arndt.  He tells Fox43's Evan Forrester why he should be elected.
