HARRISBURG, Pa. — Harrisburg Police say they arrested a man for dealing crack cocaine just two days after he posted bail for a drug arrest. Police say they saw Spencer Little, 23, walk up to a car parked  on the 2100 block of N. 4th Street around 7pm Friday. The interaction between Little and the people in the car looked a lot like a drug deal, according to police. They stopped the car on the 400 block of Emerald St for broken tail lights.

The driver was identified as Cory Harpster, 39, and the passenger as Brandon Larosa, 35.  Both admitted to purchasing $150 worth of crack cocaine from Little.  Both were arrested and charged.

Officers returned to N. 4th Street and observed Little walking north on 4th Street.  Officer converged and Little appeared as if he was about to run.  A K-9 officer ordered him to stop or he would release the dog.  Little surrendered to officers without incident.  The following charges were filed:

Spencer Little – Delivery of Crack Cocaine / PWI-Crack Cocaine / PWI-Oxycodone / 2cts. Paraphernalia / Criminal Use of Communication Device

Brandon Larosa – Possession of Controlled Substance / Paraphernalia / Warrant

Cory Harpster – Possession of Controlled Substance / Paraphernalia
