LANCASTER, Pa.– Sky aerobics can be a fun, new way for many people to work out.

At Sky Zone Trampoline Park in East Lampeter Township, basketball is combined with trampolines to create a new type of aerobic activity that can burn up to 1000 calories an hour. With the trampolines absorbing 80% of the shock from a jump, it is easy enough on a person’s joints to keep them jumping for hours.
