CARLISLE, PA- Upper Allen Police say a man under investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting a child has been arrested.
Basil Lamar Duncan, 34, of Carlisle, was arrested early Wednesday morning police said.
Officers started investigating Duncan in September of 2015 following a report he has sexual contact with a child who was under 13-years-old.
The alleged assaults took place in 2009 and 2010 beginning when the victim was 7 years old. Charges against Duncan include two felonies, Indecent Assault of Person less than 13 and Corruption of Minors.
