Restaurant Week is in full swing as Front Porch Cafe in York visits the set today.
Chef Mike is stopping by to prepare blackened ahi tuna topped with a blueberry sriracha compote over portobello mushroom risotto with roasted rainbow carrots.
The Chef is also bringing samples of Front Porch Cafe's cheesecake stack with a warm raspberry compote and chocolate ganache, a slow roasted brisket sandwich with pepper jack cheese, apple puree, chopped spinach, pickled red onion and front porch aioli on focaccia.
The Front Porch Cafe says to come out and see them during restaurant week where they will be running a special event menu featuring innovative house made cuisine.
