State prison along with 17 Years of supervision for Lancaster man with child porn collection

MANOR TWP, Pa- A Lancaster man is headed to state prison for a collection of hundreds of child-pornography photos and videos.

Scott David Dow, 33, was recently sentenced to 2 to 5 years in state prison, followed by 12 years of probation.

Dow previously plead guilty to four felonies regarding the 450 photos and 19 videos found during a search of his College Avenue home.

As part of those conditions, he is banned from having social-media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Match.com. His use of computers will be monitored by parole/probation officials.

State police caught Dow sharing the materials during an undercover online operation.

Dow did  admit to police that he used  computers to share child pornography.
