HARRISBURG, Pa.–A former New Cumberland Defense Depot employee is facing federal charges for having indecent contact with three female co-workers, according to a news release issued by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Ricardo Reyes, 35, of Harrisburg, was charged Wednesday by a federal grand jury on charges he had illegal and unwanted sexual contact with three co-workers, according to United States Attorney Peter Smith.

The alleged sexual assaults occurred at the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna in New Cumberland in June of 2015.

If found guilty, the maximum penalty under federal law is a 2 year term of imprisonment on each count, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.

The case was investigated by the DLA Office of Inspector General. Prosecution of the case has been assigned to Assistant United States Attorney William A. Behe.
