MILD START: We wrap up February 2016 with some pretty mild weather. From 62 on your Sunday afternoon to 50s Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Monday, we get highs in the mid 50s. Then, we go to the upper 50s on Tuesday. Wednesday, we back step. We start out with 50 before sunrise, then temperatures drop through the 40s during the day.
TRACKING RAIN: The mild weather comes with rain. Even though we start off the week with sun, we turn cloudy on your Sunday night. Toward daybreak, we’ll have some showers. Then, sun returns Monday afternoon. Even though we start Tuesday with sun, we get clouds in the afternoon. A few spot in some of the most southern counties in PA like Franklin, Adams, York, and Lancaster will get a shower. Then, we get the bulk of our rain Tuesday night. The rain wraps up Wednesday morning, and a few spots will even see some wet snowflakes as the rain end. Don’t worry about any accumulation.
COLD FINISH: The rain on Wednesday ends with the passing of a cold front. This causes the temperatures to drop during the day on Wednesday. It also leads to only 42 on Thursday. Thursday night, we have a shot at getting a little bit of snow. Too early to tell if we’ll get it. We’ll keep you updated it. Any snow would wrap up Friday morning. We close out the week with highs in the 40s on Friday and Saturday.
