LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – East Lampeter Township Police charge a Lancaster City man with allegedly stealing more than $449 worth of movie DVD’s.
Thomas Michael Vieira, 24, was arrested on Friday after walking out of Wal-Mart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East with the unpaid for movie DVD’s.
Viera is charged with Retail Theft.
