Actor Morgan Freeman is known for the prominent roles he has played in many big films. Yet, it is his legendary voice that has made him iconic.
Recently, Freeman has taken his talents to a different venue, by dramatically reading the lyrics to the Justin Bieber hit, “Love Yourself.”
Vanity Fair uploaded a video of Freeman’s reading, and it already has more than 1 million views.
Freeman hardly broke character as he read lyrics such as, “My momma (don’t) like you, and she likes everyone.”
A YouTube commenter said, “Morgan Freeman should read poetry as a full time job.”
“Love Yourself” is currently No. 1 on the American Top 40 hits list. Bieber also has two other hits on the charts: “Sorry” (No. 5) and “What Do You Mean?” (No. 35).
