When voters in parts of York and Cumberland counties head to the polls in April they will elect a new person to represent them in the 92nd district state house seat. Current state representative Mike Regan is giving up his seat to run for state senate. One of the republicans hoping to replace him is Dillsburg businesswoman, Dawn Keefer.
