LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Washington Boro man faces charges after he allegedly threatens his ex-wife and her mother with a loaded rifle.
The incident happened on March 1 at about 9:53 am at the home of 19 year old Douglas Shuman, along the 500 block of Owl Bridge Road.
Manor Township Police responded to the scene and took Shuman into custody. They also seized a mini Ruger 14 that had been reported stolen to Manheim Township Police in 2003.
Charges against Shuman include Terroristic Threats and Receiving Stolen Property. Following arraignment Shuman was released on bail.
