PALMYRA, Pa.–A 67-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in Palmyra after police said he had unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
Thomas James Fidler Sr., of Palmyra, is charged with unlawful contact with a minor, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors, indecent assault on a person less than 16 years of age and criminal attempt indecent assault. He was arraigned and taken to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 bail.
The charges against Fidler were filed as the result of an investigation police conducted after receiving a report in February 2016.
The alleged incident occurred in January 2012, according to online court documents.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 16.
