LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. –  The body of the second man pulled from the Susquehanna River last week is identified as Benjamin Jose Nogueras, 20, of Lancaster.

County coroner Dr. Stephen Dimantoni says Nogueras was identified through dental records.  The Coral Street man had been missing since he jumped from the Route 30 Bridge on January 14.  Nogueras parked his car on the bridge and then jumped into the icy river water.  His body was recovered by a river rescue team about two miles north of the Safe Harbor Dam.  Dr. Dimantoni ruled his death a suicide.

The body of Donald Edward Findley, 60, of Columbia was also pulled from the river last week. Findley’s body was discovered by maintenance workers at the Safe Harbor Power Station. His death was also ruled a suicide.
