LANCASTER, Pa-  Lancaster City Police have an arrest warrant for a suspect in the September 5th fatal shooting, of 26-year-old Luis Santiago.  Jaime Alberto Santiago-Leon, 30, has been charged with Criminal Homicide in connection with the shooting of Santiago at a house party at 812 E. Chestnut Street.  He is to be considered armed and dangerous.

According to police, just before 3:00 a.m. officers were called to the 800 block of E. Chestnut Street for a shooting.

When police arrived they found one unresponsive male inside on the first floor with an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body. The male was pronounced dead at the scene.

Through investigation, police learned that there was a party at the home when a verbal argument broke out between the victim and the suspect.

Investigators determined that during an argument between Santiago-Leon and the victim, Santiago-Leon pulled out a  handgun and shot the Santiago once in the face in front of several witnesses. Santiago-Leon then ran out the front door. Numerous witnesses at the party were interviewed.

Santiago-Leon has piercings in both ears, left eyebrow and left lower lip. He also has multiple tattoos on his left arm and chest.
