Hanover, Pa. - Three California men are facing federal charges after they tried to bring drugs to York County. The York Country Drug Task Force arrested Christopher Heath along with Tyler Long and Ryan Falsone. Heath is a sheriff's deputy in California. Authorities say the men tried to deliver marijuana in a cross-country drug ring back in January.
Health was on vacation when he was taken into custody in York County. Long and Falsone were arrested too. Federal marshals took the men into custody after a preliminary hearing in Hanover today. They're scheduled to face federal charges in Harrisburg.
