YORK, Pa.-- For many, vegetables can be more of a last choice for a meal.
Yet, at Houlihan's Restaurant & Bar of Hershey, the vegetables are made fun, tasty, and ready for anyone to enjoy.
The restaurant has partnered with Ali Maffucci of Inspiralized.com to bring the Inspiralized Specials Menu to their restaurants. Each dish features spiraled veggies in place of noodles, leading to dishes that are clean-eating friendly with lower carbs and sugar.
Dishes offered at Houlihan’s Restaurant & Bar in Hershey include Butternut Squash and Sausage Lasagna, Thai ‘Noodle’ Salad and Sweet Potato, Corn & Bacon Mexicali Flatbread.
Today on the morning show, Chef Ian Giusti stops by the kitchen to prepare zucchini and basil pesto salad.
