YORK COUNTY, Pa. – Four people suffered minor injuries in a near head on collision involving a pickup and a car on Arsenal Road(Route 30) at the Toronita Street exit near the ‘Round the Clock’ diner in Manchester Township, York County. It happened just after 7 pm.
Traffic was slowed in both directions. The scene was cleared at about 8:20 pm. Northern York County Regional Police are investigating.
