EAST DRUMORE TOWNSHIP, Pa.–The investigation continues after more than 40 dead ducks were found along Black Bear Road in East Drumore Township last week.

Testing performed by the state Department of Agriculture revealed there were no signs of disease in the ducks. However, there did appear to be some trauma, according to Brandi Hunter-Davenport, a spokeswoman for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

The dead ducks were found along a one-mile stretch of road on March 16.

Pennsylvania State Police are still trying to figure out who is responsible for dumping the ducks along the roadway.

Anyone with information is asked to call State Police at (717) 299-7650.
