LANCASTER, Pa.– An inmate at Lancaster County Prison recently admitted to a burglary and is now facing additional charges.
Ephrata Police had recently filed charges from a burglary case that occurred in July of 2013 after a resident of the 300 block of West Main Street in Ephrata Borough reported that electronics valued at $1065 were stolen from his home. After a fingerprint analysis, investigators were led to Anthony Diaz, who was already in Lancaster County Prison on unrelated charges.
Diaz, 22, of Lancaster, was interviewed and admitted to the offense. He was charged with burglary.
