CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – Four people face charges including endangering the welfare of a child after West Shore Regional Police raid a suspected drug house in Lemoyne Borough.
Police executed a search at the residence in the 500 block of Herman Avenue after a drug investigation. Officers found Christian Allan Kirkpatrick, 25, Russell Allen Richcreek, 27, Michael Keefer, 31, and Jessica Louise Richcreek, 24, all in possession of drug paraphernalia for the consumption of Heroin and Marijuana.
All of the items were easily accessible to a 2 year old child also living in the residence.
All four were charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Owen Keefer and Jessica Richcreek were both charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
