North CODORUS TOWNSHIP, Pa. – North Codorus Township police credit Naloxone with saving the life of a woman who overdosed in York County.

Officers responded to the 2500 block of Myers Road, in North Codorus Township around 6:12 a.m. to the report of an unresponsive woman.  When police arrived, they found the 33 year-old victim still unconscious.

Police had to use two doses of Naloxone to bring the woman to a semi-conscious state before an ambulance arrived and took her to York Hospital for more treatment.
