LANCASTER, Pa. – A week ago on April 4, Lancaster City Police published a series of photos of a suspect from a Theft from Vehicle and Access Device Fraud incident. Sometime during the overnight hours of Wednesday, March 30 and Thursday, March 31 a theft from motor vehicle occurred on the 1300 block Calvert Lane, Lancaster. One of the items taken was a credit card. A surveillance camera hours later captured a suspect man and woman using the credit card at a business in Columbia Borough.
The male suspect has subsequently been identified as Luis Alex Santos Jr., 26, of the 100 block of E. Chestnut Street, Lancaster.
An arrest warrant has been obtained for Santos Jr. He also has a Lancaster County Bench warrant that was issued on 4/1/2016.
The female suspect, so far, has not been identified.
