UPDATE: One injured after Harrisburg overnight shooting

HARRISBURG, Pa.– One person has been left injured after an overnight shooting in Harrisburg city.

The unidentified victim has been taken to the hospital and the extent of their injuries is unknowns.

Officials say the shooting took place just after midnight on the 1400 block of Swatara St.

UPDATE: Harrisburg Police responded to a call just before midnight last evening.

A female was shot inside a vehicle in the vicinity of the 1400 block of Swatara St.

Officers arrived to the scene and found a black female lying outside, suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to Hershey Hospital and is listed in critical condition. The investigation is still ongoing.
