LANCASTER, Pa. On March 31, Lancaster City Police published a video of a retail theft suspect. The female suspect reportedly stole wigs from a store inside the Park City Center.

The incident happened at Hair Viva Beauty Supply store. Police say the woman is seen on camera trying on several wigs, with her face clearly visible. She positions herself so she can watch the store employee, who is off camera. In order to conceal her actions the woman lowers her purse to the floor and then shoves two wigs into her bag. As the suspect leaves the store, she is confronted by a store employee but ignores her.

The suspect in the video has subsequently been identified as Jerrica Williams, 27, of the 100 block of South Prince Street, Lancaster. An arrest warrant has been issued for Williams.  She also has a Lancaster County Bench Warrant that was issued on April 5th.
