Fresh Gnocchi imported from Italy (Italian potato dumplings) topped w Lamb Bolognese 2lb fresh ground lamb
1/2 onion diced
1 carrot diced
2 stalks celery diced
1 tsp kosher or sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
1 tbsp fresh chopped spearmint
2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
Gnocchi
Put gnocchi into boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes. Drain, then immediately toss into a hot pan along w 2 tbsp olive oil and 2tbsp of Olivias garlic butter. Toss all together into pan until gnocchi is lightly seared (approx 2 minutes). Place gnocchi on a plate and top w the lamb Bolognese. Garnish w tender fresh spinach tossed along w Greek olive tapenade. Serve along w a side of creamy Greek yogurt topped w freshly chopped spearmint...
