Child flown to hospital after crash in Franklin County

GREEN CASTLE, Pa- Four people, including a 6-year-old, are recovering from injuries following a crash near Greencastle, Franklin County.

According to State police on Saturday evening, a vehicle pulled onto Buchanan Trial West at Hill Road into the path of an oncoming vehicle

A 6-year-old was thrown from the vehicle in the crash police said.

That child was flown to Penn State Hershey Medical center while three other victims were taken to Chambersburg Hospital.

There is no word on the severity of their injuries.

State police are investigating the crash.
