CARLISLE, Pa.--In Cumberland County, Kona Ice hosted its "Chill Out Day" as a way to celebrate the end of income tax season.

It's an effort to relieve taxpayer stress. This is the third year the company has held the event. They handed out free cups of tropical shaved ice and a lei to anyone who stopped by.

Nicole Dimaggio, who works for Kona Ice of Carlisle says, "Chill Out Day is where you come and chill out, have an ice, taxes are done, hopefully paid and all done with and you can relax and enjoy an ice and a free lei."

The organizers say the event ensures there is "no taxation without relaxation."
