LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – The man kept falling over as he was walking with a bicycle, so a witness called police.

At 6:07 p.m. Monday, New Holland Police  was dispatched to check on a male in the 300 Block of West Main Street in response.  When police arrived on the scene, they found the man, identified as Mark Reed, 55 of New Holland. Reed was intoxicated and had injuries to his face from falling.  He refused EMS treatment.

Reed was then arrested and issued a citation for Public Drunkenness.
