NEW HOLLAND, Pa. – New Holland Police have filed charges against two men for failure to register with Pennsylvania State Police as required by Megan’s Law.
The addresses of Mark G. Beaver, age 54 and Anthony W. Beard, 31, are currently unknown. Both men have failed to keep their status updated with PSP including where they reside and their employment. Neither Beaver or Beard are currently residing at their last listed addresses in New Holland Borough.
Both men are each charged with Failure to Comply with Registration of Sexual Offenders Requirements. New Holland Police have obtained arrest warrants for both men.
