NEW HOLLAND, Pa.– A New Holland man is wanted after failing to register as a sex offender with Pennsylvania State Police as a provision of Megan’s Law.
Anthony W. Beard, 31, has failed to keep his status updated with the State Police, including letting them know his address of residence and employment, and is currently not residing at his last listed address in the New Holland Borough.
Beard is facing charges of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements, and has an active warrant for his arrest.
