Where You Live

Expect some morning clouds Tuesday, quickly giving way to afternoon sun.

A Fire Weather Watch is in effect for the region on Tuesday due to dry conditions and breezy winds.

TURNING COOLER: After a toasty afternoon, a backdoor cold front dropping down from the north brings cooler temperatures through the middle of the week. Clouds build tonight as this system approaches, but they quickly fade TuesdayFuturecast morning. The coolest air is delayed a day, but temperatures are several degrees cooler. You can expect numbers in the middle 60s to lower 70s. Wednesday brings partly cloudy skies, and temperatures are even cooler. Highs are in the middle to upper 60s.

SHOWER CHANCES: Thursday skies are mainly dry, with more warming and extra clouds. An approaching cold front brings the chance for a late day shower, but they should hold off until nighttime. Highs are back into the 70s! Showers are likely through Friday, but it’s still mild.

Expect highs near 70 degrees.

NEXT WEEKEND: The weekend dries, with temperatures cooling as well. Afternoon highs are in the 60s Saturday with a mixture of clouds and sunshine. Sunday is even cooler, with highs in the lower 60s. We’ll be watching for shower chances either Sunday or Monday.

Have a great night, and a wonderful Tuesday!
