SUNNIER WEEKEND: Now that we got the clouds and showers out of the way, enjoy sunnier skies for the rest of the weekend as an area of high pressure moves toward us.  We’ll have highs in the 60s again on Sunday.  On Monday, we start the day with very sunny skies.  In the afternoon, the sky will fill up with clouds.  Still, we’ll get filtered sun through the afternoon clouds.  Look for highs near 80 as our air comes up from the south.  This air brings up the South’s warmer weather.

BREEZY WEATHER: The breezes end later this evening, and the wind turns light overnight.  On Sunday, we’ll keep the wind light.  Then, the breezy weather returns on 80.  At least, they’ll be warm breezes!  The breezy weather continues on Tuesday as we get showers and thunderstorms.  Then, we’ll take a break from the breezy weather until next weekend.

Sunny second half of the weekend

TRACKING RAIN: Showers and thunderstorms cross over us on Tuesday with a cold front.  Expect some gusty winds and bursts of heavy rain at times Tuesday afternoon and evening.  On Wednesday, we’ll take a break from the wet weather to enjoy sunny weather.  Look for highs in the 60s.  Then, we’ve got a soaker on Thursday.  We could use some more rain, too.  We’ve been running below average for rainfall, lately.  While we’ll still have clouds and some showers on Friday, sunshine returns for next weekend.
