Dispute over mall parking spot ends in arrest

HARRISBURG, Pa.– Swatara Police officers were called to the Harrisburg Mall Friday for a report of two females arguing over a parking space.

Upon arrival, officers found that one female used pepper spray on the other, and that the spray had also made contact with the woman’s 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter.

A summons for arrest has been mailed to Debra James, 58, of Harrisburg for 2 counts of simple assault.
