HARRISBURG, Pa. — A woman was walking her dogs in Harrisburg and had a hammer thrown at her. It happened around 8:38am on the 1500 block of Green Street. The woman told police that she was walking her two dogs when a hammer flew past her. She then saw a man wearing gray and black camouflage clothing running towards her. The suspect grabbed her by the neck and threw her to the ground. The victim began yelling and threw the hammer out into the street. The suspect got up, grabbed the hammer, and then fled the area.
