Man wanted on assault charge considered armed and dangerous

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Borough police are on the lookout for a man they consider to be armed and dangerous.

David T. Thomas is accused of Aggravated Assault and Terroristic Threats, in a beating that happened at about 5 a.m. on April 22, on Spring Street in Middletown.  The victim’s injuries were severe enough to require medical attention.

Since the incident, Thomas has allegedly been taunting the victim and others involved as witnesses. He has also threaten to kill them and burn down their homes.

Thomas, 39, is described as a black male, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, 230 pounds with tattoos on both arms and a short hair cut.

He may be driving a 1994 Green Cadillac Seville with a black hood and spray paint on the sides with PA registration HPM5740.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Thomas is asked to contact Middletown Police.
