SPRING GARDEN TWP., York County, Pa. — The department has been experiencing an increase in the number of theft from vehicles and theft of vehicles. Many of these offenses are occurring in the HIllcroft, Seven Acres, and Strathcona Hills neighborhoods. In many of these cases, the vehicles were left unsecured and valuable property was left in the vehicle. Residents are encouraged to secure their vehicles, and any valuables from the vehicles.
