Manheim, Pa. - A very special cow cut the ribbon at a farm in Lancaster County to celebrate the grand opening of a new observation tower. The tower sit a top a 100 foot tall, 480,000 pound grain silo at Kreider Farms in Manheim. The secretary of the State Department of Agriculture says "agri-tourism" is big business here in Pennsylvania.

"This is sort of the epicenter of agriculture and tourism," said Russell Redding, secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. "Millions of people come through here, and, of course, we've got millions of acres of agricultural production throughout the state. 5,300 farms in this county alone and more agriculture in this county alone than the entire state of Delaware is right here in Lancaster County."

After the ceremony, visitors got a chance to take a look from atop the observation tower themselves.
