TRACKING RAIN: Tonight, the steady rain tapers off to scattered showers between midnight and 4 A.M.  Expect a few showers, mainly south and east of Harrisburg, for the morning commute.  Spots in Adams, York, Lancaster, and Lebanon Counties will see those showers.  Then, a lot of us get a break from the showers later Tuesday morning and for the first half in the afternoon.  Toward the evening commute, more showers will pop up.  Look for a high near 60.  We’ll have scattered showers Tuesday night and a low near 50.

Showers continue all week

MIDWEEK RAIN: On Wednesday, we’ll have a mainly dry, but cloudy, morning.  In the afternoon, we’ll have more scattered showers as a piece of energy moves into Central PA.  Highs reach the mid 60s.  This piece of energy will sit over us and bring rounds of steady rain on Thursday and rounds of scattered showers on Friday.  The steady rain holds us back to 58 on Thursday.  Then, we go up to 64 on Friday because our airflow comes from the south, where warmer air sits.

Showers continue all week

WEEKEND SHOWER: The latest runs of the computer models that we use to forecast want some breaks of sun in our skies on Saturday.  This will help take our high to 70.  In the afternoon, expect some showers and storms.  We’ll have more storms and showers on Sunday as a cold front crosses over us.  We’ll still get highs in the 70s ahead of that front.  The front will finally change up our weather.

Showers continue all week

SUNSHINE RETURNS: Enjoy a full day of sunshine on Monday with seasonal highs near 70.
