LANCASTER, Pa.– A Landisville woman violated the terms of her probation again by contacting the victim of a child sex-abuse conviction and has been sent to prison.

Rikki Salzman, 33, who is also known as Rikki Straley, was in Lancaster County Court Friday, facing her violation of a court order pertaining to the 2014 conviction of institutional sexual assault, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor.

Salzman is now also facing charges of a felony count of failure to register as a sex offender.

In August 2014, Salzman was sentenced to a duration of house-arrest, parole, and probation for the sexual abuse of a 17-year-old boy at a Millersville placement home. She was banned from having contact with the boy, and was required to register as a sex offender in compliance with Megan’s Law.

However, a week after her sentence, a parole officer discovered the victim was staying at Salzman’s home, leading her to be jailed for several months.

On March 18, 2016, a police officer found Salzman with the victim, and she has been at Lancaster County Prison since then.

On Friday, Salzman was found in violation of her probation terms, and will be sentenced after a background check is completed in two months.
