EPHRATA, Pa. – Arrest warrants have been issued for a Lebanon couple who attempted to steal $500 worth of movies from the Ephrata Walmart last month.
James Martinez, 20, and Kimberly Robles, 19 were stopped by asset protection agents in the parking lot with the stolen loot. They dropped the items and drove away.
Both are charged with one count of Retail Theft and one count of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of the Martinez and/or Robles is asked to contact Ephrata Police.
