Missing Carlisle man in need of medication

John Franklin Wallace

CARLISLE, Pa. – Police are on the lookout for a missing Carlisle man. John Franklin Wallace, Jr., was reported missing on Wednesday, from 156 Elm Street.  He was last seen on Tuesday at about 3 a.m. at the Petro Truck Stop in Middlesex Township.

Wallace is a diabetic who is in need medication. He also suffers from PTSD.  He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with orange lettering on the front of LM or ML, an orange shirt under a maroon hoodie, blue jeans, and white sneakers.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Carlisle Police at (717) 243-5252.
