Reports: Victim told Joe Paterno about Jerry Sandusky’s crimes in 1976

New information has come out that Former Penn State Football Coach Jerry Sandusky’s crimes may have been reported decades ago.

PennLive reports that court documents show an alleged victim told Former Penn State Head Football Coach Joe Paterno in 1976 that Sandusky molested him.

The documents are in an insurance coverage court case involving Penn State.

They also indicate assistant coaches on the team reportedly witnessed Sandusky having inappropriate contact with children 1987 and 1988.

Investigators previously claimed Paterno and other former Penn State officials knew about the complaints involving Sandusky.
