CARLISLE, Pa. – One man is arrested on an outstanding warrant following a raid on a rundown Carlisle home.
Carlisle Police, the Cumberland County Special Response Team and the Cumberland County Drug Task Force served a search warrant Friday morning at 136 Liberty Avenue. Four people were found inside and detained.
Hasan Manson was arrested on an outstanding warrant and taken to the Cumberland County Booking Center. Police seized an amount of heroin, drug paraphernalia and packaging material commonly used for the sale of heroin.
The residence was condemned following an inspection by Carlisle Borough Codes Enforcement.
