LITITZ, Pa.– Two men have been charged in the results of an ongoing investigation into an apartment building fire that occurred on Monday, December 21, 2015.

Andrew Brown, 33, and William Hicks, 37, have been charged with criminal conspiracy to commit arson, causing or risking a catastrophe, and recklessly endangering another person.

The Lititz and several neighboring fire companies were dispatched to an apartment building fire in the 200 block of East Lincoln Avenue in the early evening of December 21. Brown lived in the apartment in which the fire originated.

Hicks, whom is Brown’s brother, was also remanded to Lancaster County Prison on $500,000 bail.
