LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Pequea Township man is jailed for violating provisions of Megan’s Law.

Southern Lancaster County Regional Police say that Frederick Townsend, 55, of New Danville Pike, failed to register his Facebook account and his email address as required.

Townsend is charged with two counts of Failure to Comply with Requirements of Megan’s Law. Following arraignment he was sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
