LANCASTER, Pa.– A criminal complaint has been filed against a Lancaster man who was caught urinating in the parking lot of a nearby business.
Jason Bertolette, 36, is being charged with institutional vandalism and public drunkenness after a Manheim Township Officer spotted him urinating in a parking lot.
The officer proceeded to stop Bertolette as he walked through the township’s municipal park, and found that he was intoxicated.
Bertolette was brought to the police station, where he urinated on the floor of the holding area.
